Please keep in mind that resizing is available only for rings in their original condition. If the ring has been altered or serviced by another jeweler, the warranty is no longer valid.

Once we’ve confirmed your request, you’ll ship your ring to our store location, through a secure shipping carrier. Once we receive your shipment, our expert jewelers will begin resizing your ring based on your request. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping your jewelry to our location for resizing. U.S. customers may purchase a fully insured shipping label for $28. However, we will ship your resized jewelry back to you free of charge.
