SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All U.S. orders are inspected, insured, and shipped via FedEx free of charge. They must be addressed to a physical location, like a home or business. You can also request to have your item shipped to a local FedEx facility for pick-up. All packages will require a signature upon arrival.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option of returning your item for a full refund or exchange, as long as the jewelry piece is in its original condition.
Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for any returned items and must ship products back to us within 30 days of receiving the product through a shipping carrier that provides shipment tracking and insurance. FedEx and UPS are two carriers that offer these services. If the item is being exchanged, the shipping costs associated with sending the new item back to you from our store location is free.
