Shipping

We ship anywhere in the USA free of charge and fully insure all orders. Prior to shipping, we carefully inspect and package every jewelry piece to deliver the highest quality. Shipping usually arrives within two weeks and may vary depending on your order. To ensure arrival by a specific date, just call us when you order and we’ll do everything in our power to accommodate. 

For safe and fast delivery service, all packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS and must be addressed to a physical location, like a home or business. You can also request to have your item shipped to a local FedEx facility for pick-up. All orders will require a signature upon arrival.

Returns

At My Caroline, we pride ourselves on creating fine jewelry that exceeds your expectations. Every jewelry piece is made with love, and we want you to love it just as much as we do.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option of returning your item for a full refund or exchange, as long as the jewelry piece is in its original condition. 

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for any returned items and must ship products back to us within 30 days of receiving the product through a shipping carrier that provides shipment tracking and insurance. FedEx and UPS are two carriers that offer these services. If the item is being exchanged, the shipping costs associated with sending the new item back to you from our store location is free.
