Once you have found the perfect jewelry piece, click on the “Add to Cart” button to review your order. Then, “Proceed to Checkout”, where you will fill out your billing and credit card information. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, you’ll enter that information here too. When you’re ready to complete your order, all you have to do is “Place Order”, and we will send you a confirmation email.

What is your return policy?
You may return your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as the jewelry piece is in its original condition.
Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for any returned items and must ship products back to us within 30 days of receiving the product through a shipping carrier that provides shipment tracking and insurance. FedEx and UPS are two carriers that offer these services. If the item is being exchanged, the shipping costs associated with sending the new item back to you from our store location is free.

Does MyCaroline.com offer resizing?
My Caroline offers a 100% guarantee on original workmanship and free lifetime sizing on your My Caroline ring, redeemable one time for each ring purchased. Please keep in mind that resizing is available only for rings in their original condition. If the ring has been altered or serviced by another jeweler, the warranty is no longer valid.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, My Caroline does not ship orders to post office boxes. However, My Caroline is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
